"The staff was wonderful. we arrived at 2a.m. to no hotwater in our upgraded club floor room, we waited until morning thinking that maybe it was just out after a long day in the hotel and we were exhausted by that point. waking up at 6a.m there was still no hot water.. letting the night agent Erin know she immediatedly checked the situation, got a card to a room with hot water and made it right as soon as she could. overall room was fairly clean... some extra needed to be done in the bathroom...

"We went away for a last minute, short family getaway and settled on this hotel because it was affordable and offered free breakfast, and had a ‘games room’ that would make up for a lack of pool/hot tub. • When we arrived we found out there is no longer a games room/space, this was a disappointment. The front desk told us they can’t remove things from these sites so it gives false information. • Both night/evenings we could smell of pot. In our room. It was effecting all our ability to sleep and...

The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. "
