"Would not recommend hotel. Had to downgrade room because original booked room not available. Booked a room for 4 yet only two sets of towels. Requested two more. Originally staff said they would bring. They didn’t after 1 hr so went to front desk and they said they had nothing and gave excuse they were full. Not only guest complained that night with no towels. Shen the maintenance staff member was asked they managed to find two more towels. Noted. Beds are small and hotel is very run down and...

"The room was very clean. It was also quite spacious, a cute set up and even had fireplace. The breakfast had fresh, hot items; eggs, sausages and ‘make your own’ waffles. There was also fresh fruit, bagels, pastries and more! I stayed at the Econolodge on my way to Edmonton and on the way back to Yellowknife. A nice surprise! I’ll stay again! It was also more economical than other choices. I’ll choose to stay there again for future trips."

"Booked a room with a jetted tub....floor was sticky...didnt want to walk without shoes on....the jetted tub did not work...the fridge leaked all over our food...when we called to speak with the front desk..we were told nothing could be done till Monday...this was Saturday..all our food was ruined.......we got hung up on from the clerk working the desk...when we went to checkout I again mentioned Ed the issues we had...asked for some type of compensation..was told manager would have to call us at...
