"As expected from the chain, beautiful rooms, lobby, etc. Very well located. However, it is not a grade 9 like it was pointed out by the website. I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. "Clean hotel and very comfortable. However the service staff is not very helpful. Several times I approached the front desk to find no one was there. We went to the pool area which is nice, however the shelf where you are supposed to pick up clean pool towels was always empty. We were forced to use our bathroom towels. Afterwards I called the front desk to request more towels and instead of bringing them up to my room I had to go down and get them. These are basic things expected at any hotel....

"It was a very large room. It was fairly up to date & very comfortable. I stayed in a different Comfort Inn a couple weeks ago & almost cancelled this reservation because of it, but I am glad I didn't. Hard to believe how much bigger & nicer & cheaper this one was."
