"The house and yard was very clean and inviting. The rain left the outdoor patio chairs wet and dirty. But the warm waters of the Spa made up for that. My grandchildren had a blast. A very friendly neighbor and his dog introduced themselves during our visit. The owners set very clear expectations for the use of their property. That made it easy to decline extra visitors I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Memphis. I hope the owners would welcome us back."

"The Loft was as expected like in description with pictures . We did come across AC issues upon arrival , but Host was on it to get it fixed and prompt to make us feel comfortable. Elijah our host was always attentive to our needs and stayed in full contact with us to makes sure AC was in good working conditions. Even brought in portable ac units to assure our stay was going to be comfortable in Loft. Parking was a bit concerning, but manageable . There was construction going around the area but...

"My daughter had a baby shower in Memphis. This flat was the cleanest vacay home i have seen. i loved that it was gated, They had everything that you would need inside the flat. There are many restaurants near that were great as well. We are already planning our next visit since my daughter is here and we will stay here when we return"

"This is an older place in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a nice park all within walking distance. The only issue we had was that the mirror in the bathroom is mounted too high for a short person to use. Otherwise, everything we needed was there. One thing that was not a problem for us but perhaps might be for some other guest is the lack of blinds in the second bedroom. We like to close the blinds at night to keep things dark and that is not possible when...

"This was a great location walkable to everything. I loved looking at the Memphis bridge in the evening light show. But!!!! Blinds were broken alot of sunshine came in early morning. No Towels!!! Shower did not work!!! We had to take bird baths with the little tinkle of water that came through. We ended up getting the towels. Check in and finding the location was confusing. But the shower part was the only disappointment"
