"Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing. "The customer service was outstanding Kelly was amazing and ease of check in and check out was incredible. The chalet was sufficiently supplied with great kitchen utensils and Bathroom etc with high quality Shampoos and Conditioners etc. The only thing that failed was the chalet was not cleaned and there is black mould in the bathroom and toilet, floor also needed to be swept and moped, especially for the price we paid. Would stay again if it was cheaper."
