"Disappointing stay at this small B&B. Unfortunately, there was no "welcoming smile" from the B&B owner when we arrived after a very long drive fraught with traffic jams. Instead, she immediately pushed the bill in front of us and demanded payment. What a start to a lousy stay at this cramped and uncomfortable hotel.
