"The listing was clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Host was very responsive and accommodated our stay to our needs. We would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone. There’s a fire pit in the back yard, a deck with a charcoal grill, hot tub was amazing, and we didn’t see any bugs or roaches or creepy crawlers during our entire stay. Hot water and good water pressure!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen had pretty much all we needed to make meals. We appreciated being able to use the beach cart to lug our chairs and fishing gear to the beach. I personally enjoyed quiet mornings sipping coffee on the porch, or working out under the pergola in the back yard. "I really wanted to give this home a 5 star, as our issue/concern was honestly out of the owners hands. When we walked in, we were immediately disappointed with the strong odor of marijuana. Contact was made right away with the owner. She was very responsive, and also disappointed with our experience. We ended up going out to eat, and when we came back, we went upstairs to the bedroom. I appreciate the simple layout for our needs. 3 bedrooms meant we were comfortable at night. I thought the one king bed was pretty soft and the other firm; both comfy just think that's helpful to some to know. The living area and kitchen/dining space aren't huge but again you should know that from the pictures and it worked...

"This cottage was right on the main road in Colonial Beach. It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The outdoor area was relaxing and had a fire pit and grill. The location was close to everything in town. You could walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants.
