"This review is based off the rates they offer right now, which are very reasonable. The place is dated & and is currently going through renovation, so know this going in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They really care about animals by leaving them sweet treats, too. "Stayed in a water view kamp haus, it was clean and well appointed! Great firepit, but bring firewood. Your going to need more than they provide. Kitchenette had everything you needed to prepare and enjoy a meal. Bed was comfortable with nice linens. Pillows were satisfactory, if you care bring your own. View though not waterfront was still very nice. Only recommendation would be that front desk staff receive more extensive training. "

"I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great. "
