"I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. "Excellent, convenient location in North Myrtle. Resort has great amenities. The restaurant by the pool & view of the ocean was awesome for lunch. Several pools & hot tubs that the staff kept clean. Check in & check out process was simple & easy. On-site parking garage had plenty of room. Condo needs some updating and better cleaning job."
