"This Hotel NEEDS updating/cleaning. The set-up is odd with the Front Desk only being accessible from outside, in a separate building. The Guest Rooms are accessible in a building to the South. When entering the Guest Rooms Building, you need your Key Card (which is fine). The first area you enter is not welcoming and the signage is poor. This area is a narrow hall and cluttered with luggage carts. On the West side of the hallway are the Elevators and to the East side is the indoor Pool Area. The...

"The kitchen did not include needed items - i.e. bowls, frying pan. The TV in the living area did not work. Staff was friendly & helpful."

"Beautiful oceanfront suite. Kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 people although it was just me and my husband. Pools, hottub and lazy river were clean with plenty of space for guest during our stay. Elevator ran great, arrived in a timely fashion which I appreciated. "

"I loved this hotel !! This will be our go to hotel for Myrtle Beach!! The room was very spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, long hallway, and great view from living room and the balcony !!! Will definitely be back as soon as possible ! The customer service was also chefs kiss , quick response time also. Right through text messaging. Anything we needed was a text away. Room was fully equipped with kitchen supplies, washing machine and dryer also."

"Hotel simples com preço Justo. Bem localizado para quem ir para praia. Tem alguns restaurantes e cafés próximo. À vista para o mar do quarto que fiquei é parcial embora esperasse vista de frete para o mar. A cama é razoável mas o quarto é bem espaçoso. No geral bom custo beneficio"

"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."
