"Excellent , perfect add on to my Charleston french quarter trip. Beware the bad reviews are old, for a minute I was in doubt and after was very happy I made it. The hotel was renovated recently. Staff was extremely friendly starting from Holly at front desk and Lucas and Lucy at lodge and helping around. I was recovering from a broken foot and they made their best to acomodate my needs. "I loved the old school vibe with the urban style incorporated into it. I think they did well captivating the original 1960’s feeling while also being very up to date. The vibe quite honestly reminded me of the old TV show, the Jetsons(unfortunately there are no flying cars). On top of the wonderful service and nice clean vibe, they were also one of the best options in the area in terms of cost. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be staying here again when I find myself in the area."

"Parking was easy and free in their lot beside the hotel. Checking in was a breeze, and we were granted early access to our room, since it had already been cleaned. The staff was courteous and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the ice water (with lemon or orange slices in it) and coffee available in the lobby all day for free.
