"We had an amazing time in San Diego and have really enjoyed our stay! We received glasses of wine as a welcome drink and could use the U$35,00 resort fee as a credit at the restaurant. The staff is very kind and the room is very well furnished and spacious. The location is also perfect. Very close to restaurants, cvs and Ross. There is a public parking in front of the hotel. We would definitely come back! "

"Thank you for your message and unfortunately I will never stay at this hotel again. My family and I had problems with breakfast every day. The wait was horrible, the staff were few and far between, and the service was so bad that I gave up on eating breakfast. The lack of attention from the staff, especially the youngest, was regrettable. I hope I never have to repeat this experience with you again. It's a good thing that it's not the same at other Hyatt hotels. Today, with the growing movement of social media, I believe it is worth adjusting this undesirable experience."

"Just one elevator working, depending on the time of the day it would take a while. Don’t agree on the U$20 per day charge to park your car outside of the hotel. Breakfast available- they just forget to tell you it’s an additional fee of U$25"
