"From start to finish we enjoyed everything about our vacation. Steve and Barbara are absolutely the most wonderful hosts we have ever encountered. Barbara saw we were having some issues with our truck upon arrival and showed up quickly to offer a helping hand. Unfortunately we found out the hard way we have a vacuum issue with our 4 wheel drive that made it impossible to make the last 50 yards of the hill to the property but Steve showed up with his tractor to pull us to the top! Again...amazing...

"This is one of the few remaining Grand Hotel experiences remaining in the United States. Omni has taken an historic property and renovated it beautifully. The service from all of the staff was outstanding. It was our anniversary, and our room was upgraded at check in. We especially appreciated Oscar in the Audubon Dining Room, who went the extra mile for us each night.We had to leave early the day we checked out, so the front desk arranged room service for our breakfast. The spa was so relaxing...
