"I needed a place in Ephrata for my wife and three young children for several days. There aren’t many options in town, most are in Moses lake or closer to the Columbia river. This property was perfect for my needs. Lots of space, multiple rooms and TVs. We were very comfortable, my kids had fun and my wife and I were able to relax and not have that trapped in a hotel room feeling. The property is very clean, modern and new. "The property location was convenient and walkable to the boat rentals, restaurants, coffee shop, and market. Kelly and Tony were responsive with any questions we had and gave wonderful suggestions. The place had amazing views and strong central air conditioning. We were unable to connect our phones to the TV and didn’t bring laptops to connect via HDMI, but had a great time watching older movies that were playing on cable late in the evening. "

"Home is lovely and spotless. Home had a big yard full of snow which the kids got to enjoy. The owners thought of everything a family can need. Grocery store is a few minutes away which was a plus."

"To start off- great communications from the team. Very prompt with information on how to check in, what the area has to offer etc. and even on the day of checking in, Kelly was there to assist where to park etc. When we got in, everything was clean, the house had amazing view of the lake. Kitchen was stocked with all required utensils, and bathroom with sufficient towels for party of 10. Pool wasn’t open in April, but hot tub was there for everyone to enjoy.
