"Stayed two nights and we were excited our daughter could have her own TV and bed after volleyball tournament. Get there unfold the sofa bed...dirt is all over the sheets hair clumps on the blanket..We ask the front desk for more bedding...the new sheets...dirty too..and the comforter had hair clumps too. So my daughter asked me to go with her to ask for bedding again and let them know what room .. crazy. The next night it dawned on it we saw the listing for hot tub or jet bath..nope neither...

"Reserved a suite but was nothing different thank an accessible room. Pool was cold and breakfast was not the greatest. Traveled with kids and alarm was going off at 5am. The room next door was loud all night and you can hear the noise from down the hall as well. Didn’t sleep good due to the noise. "

"very nice place it was decent and in a good location. the ONLY thing that drove me nuts was the room care was not frequent. i don't know why staying 6 nights only warranted 2 room service times. like bruh why?? it was still a really great room and time well spent"

"Pretty good for the price, would stay again, sucks the pool isn’t open year round. Rate for a “poolside” room definitely isn’t worth it when the pool is covered in a tarp. Breakfast was really good. Room was clean. "
