"Hotel location at the crossroad of highly popular roads made it noisy all day and night. To avoid if you’re sensitive to traffic noise. The room was just below the roof AC machine controlling the corridors cooling. It turned on and off every hour making the most horrible sound and trembling of the room. The staff admitted it but couldn’t help it. The breakfast was super limited and the cherry on the top is that you eat on paper plates with plastic cutlery 🫣☹️"

"I have been booking stays at this hotel for yeats and love it, for its good rates while being safe and the staff is great , and its close to stores , but this stay i stayed downstairs, i was aware the rooms were different, but was very happy, theyre very comfy, from the bed to the microwave , and cute little view from the front, i was very happy with this stay"

"The hotel is super convenient, reasonably priced for the location, but the staff is what really helps it shine. The gentleman who appeared to be the night manager/supervising the front desk (Al) in particular was an absolute model of great hospitality -- I tend to run late, but he not only remembered me from a previous stay and knew not to cancel it but was also so nice it allayed any guilt I had. And while the room was gorgeous, the bed (maybe with a featherbed topper?) is my favorite part --...

"Não gostei. Recepcao parecia freezer, não tem sequer uma água quarto. Pia banheiro entupida tive que escovar dentes na torneira chuveiro. Chuveiro com defeito e o colchão e travesseiros péssimos. Não tem onde comer sequer um lanche quente. Eu fiquei decepcionada, a única coisa boa é que tem estacionamento grátis e o prédio é novo. "
