"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person. Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."

"It is an amazing hotel, beautiful and elegant, very clean and comfortable. Very well preserved and with a lot of history. It is common in the historical hotels keep the common areas amazing, but rooms are not updated. This hotel is clean and updated everywhere. People are very friendly, and service is great. I would say that food was overpriced, and quality was ok but not for this price range. The best food we had was in 1796 restaurant-steak was very good, however, breakfast buffet and tea...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. My Mom is now in a retirement community and no longer has a house for us to stay in when visiting. This place was perfect. The rental was clean and spacious and the amenities were fun! We enjoyed Pool, ping pong and air hockey when not visiting Mom."
