"O hotel é muito lindo, bem localizado, boa estrutura, vistas lindas, quarto amplo, tudo ótimo! Onde está o problema do hotel: o restaurante (jantar) não é bom, não condiz com o alto padrão do hotel. Falta pessoal tb, tudo muito lento, poucos garçons e pequena equipe no hotel (nem arrumaram o quarto)."

"This place is beautiful, peaceful, and clean! While we initially had an issue with a 3rd party booking, the staff made up for it immediately by upgrading our room to a river view with balcony and fireplace. Yes, there were a few minor complications (WiFi connection to the TV didn't work at first, the coffee maker kept spazzing out, and the maid kept forgetting to clean our room despite requests) however, those things were fixed quickly or handled immediately. The world is has lost its patience...
