This centurion cottage is located on the west side of Bend and was fully renovated to keep its old-Bend charm intact while offering modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, plush king bed, high speed internet, off street parking, and a brand new private hot tub in the backyard oasis.

This house is located on Bend’s popular west side across the street from wonderful local favorites like 10 Barrel Brewing Company, Ariana’s, The Lot food cart court, and other fine dining and shops. Don’t miss the amazing Eggs Benedict and designer Bloody Mary’s at The Victorian Café (nicknamed The Vic by us locals) on the corner right across the street from the house. It is a great way to start that FUN Bend day! You can easily walk to the historic downtown, festivals, art shows, or to convenient outdoor recreational rentals… Or you can hop onto the TWO bikes we provide during the warmer summer months and peddle around. Stroll just five blocks and you are standing on the banks of the Deschutes River in iconic Drake Park. This walkable location makes it easy to put your inner tube in the Deschutes at The Old Mill and float the river right into Drake Park, with a short stroll home to the cottage.

This is a private, standalone house exclusively for guest use. The house, grounds, hot tub, and off-street parking area are unshared. We have complete contactless check-in for the convenience and safety of our guests.

All towels, linens and bedding are included. We also leave guests a small amount of starter supplies including: toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, and coffee bar items mentioned above. We also provide blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Please plan accordingly to bring anything else you may wish to have with you on your trip.

Note: Guests who book this home will be required to sign an auxiliary rental packet with specific rules and information included, such as neighborhood quiet hours, check in and out time restrictions, and non-smoking policies. If you are traveling with a pet, you will also need to sign a copy of our pet rules.
