"Very conveniently located near everything in town. House was good. Lots of stairs so be prepared :) the art on the walls is excellent. Couple fit and finish issues in the house but nothing that detracted from the experience at all! Nick was responsive and a superb host. Having a garage was great too!"

"Everything was perfect and beat expectations. The house was cozy, and the 360 lake views (through an all glass wall design) was serene. The kitchen is compact but was well equipped; it was able to handle needs for a short stay. Both bed rooms are good size and good for kids or adults. "We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The communication after booking was excellent and made the check-in process very easy. There is one parking spot designated and it was close to the entrance. The condo was very clean and had all the basics provided. Access to laundry was so nice and detergent was provided. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. Perfect space for our family. The view was beautiful! We hope to stay here again!"

"This was a beautiful condo and PERFECT location in commuting to the conference I was attending at Margaritaville. I was disheartened on arriving and seeing the deck under reconstruction, didn't see that when I originally booked my reservation as that would've been a deal breaker for me. "Condo was spacious and clean. It is dated some, but clean. The master bed mattress was really bad. It sloped towards the middle and you felt every movement. The boat slip is not setup for bass boats, but larger pontoons or ski boats. It has exposed metal pipe on the sides that can gouge/scratch your boat if you get under them. The owner needs to replace the plastic bumpers with ones that go all the way to the water. The unit has a great view of the main channel and it was very quiet in the...

"Great little cabin, 2 bedrooms so great for a family or 2 couples. Clean and utensils if your need to cook something. Walks are a little thin, you can hear the people in the next cabin talking in the morning, no big deal as I was already up, but might be an issue if they are loud or it's late at night.
