"Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a couple days wasn’t the best experience, the iPad that is connected to everything stopped working, we asked front desk if it can be fixed they said yes and didn’t fix it. We also couldn’t change AC temperature it was freezing we asked the front desk if they can manually higher it and they didn’t. The tv would also turn on randomly in the middle of the night. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock and the pillows were very flat. Other than that...

"Cleaning issues—-HVAC vent was blowing out black sooty material all over the bed closest to the vent. Not realizing this until night, I tried to cover the source with a pillow case. I left a note for housekeeping to address with management. The room should have been renovated, carpet smell of wet dog. Customer service was good at check in. Not staffed when I departed."

"Excelente hotel a região é linda, dezenas de opções de restaurantes e entretenimento no píer, próximo de tudo, tem um transporte gratuito que deixa próximo dos museus e principais atrações de Washington que sai quase de frente ao hotel. Nessa época de Natal Píer fica decorado, peguei a parada de Barcos, lugar muito bonito, silencioso, seguro. Hotel com ótima estrutura, funcionários educados, prestativos, com um bar e parte externa com aquecedores muito linda seja de dia ou de noite. Cafe...

"The hotel was great. The bedding very comfortable, the property very clean, the breakfast excellent. What was not good was the attitude of the woman at the counter. No welcoming personality whatsoever. She is in the wrong business. She needs to get a job where she is not dealing with the public, especially a hotel that should be welcoming."
