I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. While the staff member on duty was friendly and attempted to assist me, the overall experience did not meet the standard expected for the price point.

"The front desk wasn’t informative or friendly at check in. I had to ask questions about simple things that should’ve been said like room number, location of elevators how parking works. I had to ask the questions about parking, how it works and than added it for an additional fee."
