The team was meticulous, attentive, dynamic and very friendly. My room and bathroom had very good size. Also had the opportunity to use restaurant and room service it was a good experience as well. The hotel is nice a cosey and make me feel like visiting miniatures of Le Château Frontenac at Québec or the Empress in Victoria. I especially like the sitting area next to the lobby. Maybe I should just stop here; otherwise, I may not get the chance to book it when I need it."
