"There's nothing wrong with the place, but everything about this listing was over-sold and under-delivered. It listed two single beds that were actually cots. The listed parking is a public pay garage blocks away. Same with the "terrace view" that is a public terrace in an attached building. "

"It is very old - the stairs are very narrow and dangerous. There is no bathroom upstairs and it is in a questionable part of town. Only upside is it is close to a lot of business related venues."
