"The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. They have poison Ivy growing on the fence in the back yard so I couldn't let the kids out there to play, not to mention the gates on the fence don't work.
