"Close to shopping places "

"Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. "We had a great time at this house. First off the walking trails right behind the house are easy hikes and at the top has great views all around the valley. The sunsets from there are amazing. Our purpose on this trip was watching our daughter play in a soccer tournament. The house was perfect for the three families that shared it. Plenty of space and a great backyard pool area. Everyone hopes to return for the next tournament they have in Phoenix. Hot tub was great on a cool evening."

"We had such an amazing 5 nights here! We were 11 ladies visiting to celebrate a few of our 50th bdays! The property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Any issues we had were immediately resolved. Property management company is on it! The outdoor space is perfect to relax, enjoy the pool and play some games. We will definitely come back!"

"The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. "

"There were 4 of us staying at this property for a weekend continuing education course. The house was so spacious and had (almost) everything we needed. (We have now supplied the house with a citrus squeezer :)). Would definitely stay here again with friends or family. The street is quiet and full of wildlife with quails and rabbits running all around. The pool is relaxing. We loved eating outside every evening. We did not BBQ or enjoy the outdoor fireplace, but loved the looks of those too."
