"I couldn't have asked for more. I surprised my wife here for our 5th anniversary she had no idea. She was speachless . 10/10 we will definitely be back to stay !! 100% private/ no complaints whatsoever!! Thank you !!"

"The house was super cute and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked both dinner and breakfast at the home. It was a perfect stop on our travels."

"Every thing was nice and clean when I got there. The AC was cold and comfortable. I would recommend this place to my friends!"

"The check in process was very easy. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, parks, shopping, etc. We enjoyed our stay and if I were to ever visit the area again, I would differently use this property to stay at."

"We were just passing through to our final trip destination. Very cute home, very clean and comfortable for a night stay. We appreciated the ease in booking and being pet friendly."

"Fran’s home is beautiful, very spacious, tastefully decorated and everything we needed for our stay."

"Sort of need car but near Marta and easy to use. Near museums but better to walk in pairs downtown?"

"Everything's great."

"Great location for our stay with our son! Enjoyed the pool!"

"Such a charming house!! We were very comfortable and the location was excellent for a wedding at Ivey Baptist Church."

"Host was lovely and very responsive!"

"The house was clean and nicely renovated and decorated. Communication with the host was easy and she responded quickly. The house is on a main road but bedrooms are in the back of the house so road noise at night wasn’t bad. Only a few suggestions to improve future stays. There were no washcloths and only 5 towels for 2 people staying 4 nights. If we had access to a washer I could have washed them to reuse. The only other suggestion is a roll of paper towels or napkins in the kitchen."

"Quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. Perfect!"

"Perfect place to stay! Thank you "

"We were looking for a home to stay at while we attended our son’s military graduation at Ft. Benning. We could not have found a better place for what we were needing. It was a beautiful home and was very clean that had everything we needed. The communication with the host was exceptional. The check in and checkout process was easy too. I highly recommend this home."

"Great little get away spot in Newnan. Close to down town and shipping."

"The place was absolutely perfect and had everything you need. I highly recommend it."

"Overall clean, with a few exceptions. There was no WiFi, thus no TV or ability to work remotely. Convenient location for Army graduation, but host lacked good communication."
