"The room smelled stale when we arrived. The staff was very nice. The power turned off in the middle of the night and our room got hot and miserable. No compensation was given. Because the power had went out, no breakfast was offered other than the room temperature stuff. This is a no bells or whistles place to stay. If all you need is a place to sleep, this is probably fine for you."

"The room was very big. However it was not as clean as it should be. Found small pieces of debris in bed. Most likely from a/c vent. Also found a dead bug on floor. None of the ice machines worked in the building!! They have 3! All 3 not working ! Restroom in lobby is not maintained or cleaned. Staff was ok however not professional. Twice when speaking to them the person had to stop the movie on their phone after I started speaking to them. Meaning. I had to start my conversation over....
