"The property is located in a wonderful area. The views were beautiful. What I didn’t like about this property is that it was dirty. The towels were dirty the bathroom was dirty the kitchen was dirty the floors were filthy. This property is also located above a bar that had people hanging out until four am. They were screaming and yelling. I would not recommend this place if you want to have a peaceful stay."

"The view from this property was magnificent and the location was fabulous. Unfortunately, the pool was under reconstruction and a new building was under construction next door, so during the day it was quite noisy. Checking in wasn’t the smoothest, but we found the place in the end.The bathroom is in major need of a retrofit. "Situated in Old Funchal. Beautiful, spacious apartment with washing machine. Located on street with a number of restaurants so the noise is loud well into the night. The apartment can get very hot and stuffy. No air conditioning nor were there any fans provided."
