"We had a great time here. I messaged the hotel about my wife struggling to use stairs and they gave us a disabled room with a wetroom. I also mentioned that my lovely wife was coeliac and we found a gf menu waiting for us in our room.
All the staff looked after us well and understood my wife's aĺlergic reaction to gluten. "
"After a long motorbike trip from Plymouth to Harrogate my husband stayed here for a night half way he said it was an absolute gem and loved his room and bathroom. The pub was welcoming and friendly and had a food truck too. "

"This property is exceptional, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, safe room, water provided every day, lovely staff, great food, we had beautiful breakfasts every morning of our 4 nights stay & dined in the restaurant 1 night, we had a room with a lovely view of the Severn, my only gripe is that the rooms are very warm, a fan was provided which helped a bit. "Reasonably comfortable but a very tired hotel. Service was friendly but poor and the food service was extremely poor - lack of choice, lukewarm and extremely expensive. We only wanted toast for breakfast and the best they could do was charge "only" £7.50 each per day."
"Good location close to the centre of Worcester.
Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure.
Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. "
"Lovely stay at Dewdrop Inn for a couple of nights while we visited the Malvern Flower Festival. Room was good size with decent en-suite, with good shower. Very clean. All the staff were friendly. We ate in restaurant on both nights and the food was excellent, would recommend."
"Hotel muito antigo, o quarto estava limpo mas o carpete cheirava cigarro mesmo sendo de não fumante , o hotel estava vazio e colocaram a gente em um quarto virado pra rua. Barulho à noite toda , o quarto não tem vedação , o colchão deve ter uns 25 anos ... tudo limpo lençóis etc localização top , se não vai para dormir muito , melhor lugar da cidade "
