The assistant was virtual, there was no staff member available to do the check-in. The only person I actually saw had a friendly smile, but I never saw them again. "The room was dirty and they was holes in the wall and they was a leak in the bathroom! The outside and inside was not clean at all! Staff was ok but it was a good location for food and I didn’t eat no breakfast"

"The place was absolutely disgusting. The staff lied to me about just putting a deposit hold on my account the charges went through and the manager isn’t returning my call."

"The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom."

"Reasonable price"

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

"It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not."
