"Housekeeping only is 4 days a week, and whatever those days are they aren't Sunday or Monday. Had to bring my used towels down to the desk to get new ones, and they were still damp from the dryer. Also, what good is a stove that requires metal pots to work if there aren't any metal pots? Not something I would think to bring on a plane. Oh well, at least there was a microwave."

"I’m curious as to what the plus stands for.. is it plus a dirty wash cloth on your shower rack? Is it plus a coffee maker that doesn’t work? Is it plus a cigarette smell even though it’s non smoking? At this price point we did not expect to get a $60 motel experience."

"Our room was very clean and very comfortable. Having said that, the blackout curtain for our window was basically shredded and let in so much light it was like sleeping during the day. We had a horrible 3-light lot light that pointed directly at our window. When I mentioned the problem to the desk the next morning, he said he knew about and they were going to replace it. Of course, that didn't help our rest."
