"Checkin was horrible. The key system apparently wasn’t working so they couldn’t get us into the room until late. I had my 84 year old mother with me and thankfully our other family members already had rooms for her to rest and sit. Finally I had to go back to the desk and they said they would have to let me into the room but when we went up the key Charles had didn’t work and he said the door battery was dead so he left me there with suitcases and bags waiting for engineering to come up. ...

"Red roof inns can be hit or miss. But dog owners love them because of their pet policy. I have stayed at 100 Red Roof Inns. I can count the ones that I would stay again on one hand. This one was clean and had a comfy bed. The tv and toilet worked. And the staff was great! I always get nervous for my car in parking lots that have a lot of day and night activity. But you can request to park right in front of your room, and the area is well lit. I never felt unsafe."
