"It is a beautiful home right on the coast. We woke up to the sounds of birds and the waves crashing on the rocks. During the day we saw macaws and spider monkeys in the trees in front of the house. We had Rafa cook for us and his meals were a highlight of our vacation, however the kitchen has a modern stove and refrigerator so you could easily buy groceries in puerta jiminez and cook for yourself. "Nice large property on a beautiful piece of land. Very easy check in and the easiest check out process out there. The house was clean and aired out, no musty smells! "It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. "Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!"

"I loved the serenity. Villa Bonita is private, clean, and has everything you need for a stay on the Osa Peninsula. I was there specifically for birding, and a short drive trook my guide and me to the best hotspots for finding endemic very special Costa Rica species. Great beaches and chocolate tours nearby too.
