"The architecture of the house, both inside and out, was gorgeous. It is really amazingly designed and very attractive, though old and needing some TLC at this point. There was no evidence of rodents like others mentioned in the past, but we noticed holes where they could get in. The back patio, the balcony over the water, and the private location within all the greenery were all wonderful. The dock had a hole leading to it and looked unstable, so we didn't venture onto it. "This accommodation was a large heritage home made into nice sized apartments. This apartment had a nice sized kitchen with all amenities. Coffee and treats were left for us . The bedroom was simple but the bed was very comfortable. A white noise machine was in the bedroom if needed. We spent a few evenings watching a movie and felt very safe. Parking was provided for us in the back of building. Highly recommend the beautiful Japanese garden and Shores Acre!! Then we went to Newport and watched...

"Quaint, upstairs rental. Unit is very clean and bed is very comfortable. There is a long, narrow staircase access that might be challenging for some, but property is worth it. Great views. Love the two smart TV’s. This is an older property, but well maintained and comfortable. Would stay here again!"
