"The accessible twin room was perfect for travelling with my Mum who has limited mobility. It was the first (only?) room on the ground floor. It was spacious and good to have rails by the walk-in shower and toilet. Although my Mum uses a walking stick and not a wheelchair we could see it being perfect for someone who does. We liked the little table and chairs, The hotel is within a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff on reception were friendly."

"I booked this hotel based on the great reviews and, for the most part, they were accurate.

I waited patiently for the water to heat up, but eventually had to give up. I literally could not have a shower. By that point, I had wasted so much time waiting that I had to rush to make my pre-booked taxi, so I had no opportunity to raise it with reception before leaving.
The room itself was basic,...

"The purple turtle pub outside our room made an incredible racket until all hours of the morning every night.
As we used the location as a hub to drive from, it was very conveniently located, though the on site parking very tricky, given the requirement for a bus lane permit. Unfortunately costing us one fine before getting right.
The hosts were lovely and the rooms well presented."
