"We used this cute little house for a ULM graduation weekend stay. It was clean and in a safe/quiet area. No problems. Good communication from the property manager. We did not have any issues arise. The temperature in the house was nice and cool when we arrived. "

"Very clean, well maintained property. We used the pullout in the game room also, and the teens really enjoyed the exercise equipment. Cooked a couple of times, kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. Great experience!!"

"The house is as pictured. There was plenty of sleeping space for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable. It is an older house that has been updated, so there are small issues like water pressure and cosmetic eyesores. It's the best house in the neighborhood, but many of the surrounding homes are in disrepair. "

"I stayed at the Mitchell House 45 days as I was completing work before moving from the state. It was well-suited to my needs and close to my office, stores, and more. I enjoyed the quirkiness of the old house - its back screen door that slammed, the smooth wooden floors, the old doors with glass knobs and the screened-in porch. The house is well-outfitted and particularly suitable for a longer stay. Chris and Jade were responsive hosts. Thank you for allowing me to stay."

"This was a nice, comfortable property in what appeared to be a very safe neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive. There is a nice screened in porch, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We had a happy stay and we would recommend that you consider this property if staying in Monroe."
