"Check-in instructions were very easy to follow and the place was cleanly and well-decorated. We also appreciated the substantial amount of window AC units and fans. Only thing to note that we did not realize ahead of time was the two sets of narrow stairs. Somewhat difficult to navigate with our bags. We were able to do so but I would not recommend for people with any sort of physical limitations. All around a seamless experience!"

"This apartment is great- the furnishings are cute and the bed is comfy. It has a kitchen with all of the cookware I needed, and off-street parking is awesome. I liked that it was really convenient to downtown, but outside of the busy, touristy parts of town. The owners were communicative, but not intrusive. It was overall a great experience. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. We would stay here again!"

"The property was in an excellent location. Close to Congress Street, and within walking distance to downtown Portland, the Old Port and Deering Oaks Park. Comfortable beds, clean towels and a well equipped kitchen. Late check out and a parking space provided for an extra fee. The property manager David was fantastic. Instant communication with any questions that we had upon arrival. We recommend this property to others visiting Portland. "

"Excellent. All was perfect. The hotel has garage and beside there is a public garage. Excellent food. It's in a central area. Beautiful room, clean. It offers a beautiful internal garden attached to the restaurant. Its close to the harbor in a central area and has many bars, restaurants and stores nearby. Couples's trip on vacation during spring. A staff menber speaks portuguese."
