"This is a lovely hotel full of character. Yes it looks a little scruffy on the outside but the inside is good.
Every member of staff was pleasant & helpful especially on the front desk for checking in & out. We arrived early & asked about a parking permit & the lovely lady not only sorted us a parking space but also let us have our room key even thought we were a few hours early 😊
Our room was clean & had everything we needed, the walls are thin as we could hear the people next door but we...

"Our apartment was clean and maintained to a high standard. The location was fantastic and next to the beach. Staff could not have been more helpful and we would visit again. The only thing that let us down on site was the pub with the food. It was not hot and the other food venue was closed. Plenty of other places to eat out and about though."

"This apartment is ideal for me and my 2 young boys, it feels so comfortable and spacious and of course the huge TV helps. We’ve stayed 4 times in 6 months and are already thinking of our next visit. Highly recommend for everyone."

"Great location of the property, near the beach. A steep walk back from the beach unless you walk into Filey.
Lovely comfortable flat, super comfy bed. Great bathroom/shower.
Everything you would need for your holiday.
It was lacking instructions for using coffee machine, & dishwasher etc. due to all information being online."
