"This is a typical right off the freeway hotel, you can expect clean rooms, great staff who are polite and will chat with you if you do. If you treat them nice they are nice back. "Very customer oriented. Great staff and lovely rooms. If you like to gamble it's there for you. I stay there about 8 times a year for 3 days each time. Really love it, be generous with tips. Even without tipping they will take care of you. I prefer to tip and have enjoyed first class service. "
"Ive stayed at this hotel over 100+ times for work over the past 9 years. It is simple but exceptional when it comes to cleanliness, customer service. Getting a room thats poolside in the summer is great. There is a nice big pool but also a ton of grassy open space to throw the frisbee as far as you'd ever want to.

"Very convenient for a short 2-day stay. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped, especially with a full kitchen. The staff at the checkin counter was always very helpful and friendly. I had a problem attempting to print a document from my computer while attempting to do it through their computer system in the lobby. One of the staff (Dri) at the counter noticed my frustration and came over to help. She spent several minutes working the problem until she was able to make it work....
