"Incredibly charming home in the perfect location. Me, my husband, and small dog spent hours on the deck, people watching, admiring the butterflies and the scenery, and drinking local wine from the cute store across the street. Just a minute's walk to restaurants and a cafe, with an amazing ice cream shop down the steps. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"We had such a a lovely time here exploring local trails and parks. The town is so cute, and this location was perfect. It's a quiet street, a lovely home, and within walking distance to a park with a playground. Our two toddlers had a blast and we enjoyed our weekend getaway. "

"We had my daughters wedding here and it was perfect for the event. Plenty of room for many of the guests to stay and they all enjoyed it very much. There was one small issue and it was handled by staff in a timely and thoughtful manner. Well worth it! "

"Beautiful home! Very clean with lots of fun antiques. Comfortable chairs for chatting in the living room, new-looking window A/C units in each bedroom, and we loved all of the quilts! Kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed and more. Great experience and great hostess!"

"This is a beautiful home in a secluded neighborhood with access to the Potomac River. The house is about 10 minutes from all of the things you would want to do in the Harper’s Ferry Historic area. The house is furnished and decorated very nicely and the kitchen has everything you will need for preparing & serving meals. It is a very peaceful location with lots of deer and opportunities to relax. "

"No need to look any further! Beautiful, clean,historic home in a perfect location. Close to wineries, breweries, Shenandoah River, hiking and only 45 minutes from DC. The host was very accommodating and friendly as well. We would highly recommend this home for you and your family. "

"It was a great stay. No complaints! Great communication with the hosts before and during our stay. Very clean and just like the photos. The only comments not entirely positive (but worth noting because it was one of my deciding factors in booking this property) is that the hot tub was not clean enough for us to be comfortable using (it is in the woods and may have been pollen coming through the screens—but it was covered) and I think one of the queen sized mattresses does need to be replaced in...

"Great cottage with a great view and access to the Potomac River! Clean and everything we needed with plenty of room. Great area to stay visiting downtown Harper’s Ferry and Antietam. Communication with the host was the best ever! Would recommend and stay again. "

"The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools."

"Comfortable and right at the C&O trail, so easy to take lovely walks. The house is clean, the kitchen and dining spaces more than adequate, multiple common areas are nice, as are bedrooms. Minor issue in that it seems the visitors before us made the remote for the downstairs tv disappear. Connection via phone, text etc can be spotty unless you're on the houses wifi, which worked well."
