"Loved this cute little basement apartment for our stay at Harpers Ferry! Parking was a little tight but at least there was parking. The room still smelled new and beds were so comfortable! Only issue was the upstairs neighbors decided to run their water starting at 5:45am and the water pipes were very noisy in the basement! It woke both me and my friend up… we tried to fall back asleep but gave up by 7 when it was clear they were not turning it off anytime soon. Other than that it was great! "

"We had a fabulous time here! This was a great location. Not only was it close to historic sites, downtown Harper’s Ferry, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the river (as did our dog!). While this is a back unit to the host's home, they were were hospitable, friendly, made an effort to give us privacy and allowed us full use of all the amenities. "It was a great stay. No complaints! Great communication with the hosts before and during our stay. Very clean and just like the photos. The only comments not entirely positive (but worth noting because it was one of my deciding factors in booking this property) is that the hot tub was not clean enough for us to be comfortable using (it is in the woods and may have been pollen coming through the screens—but it was covered) and I think one of the queen sized mattresses does need to be replaced in...

"Our family loves this place. There's a ton of room for us to spread out, an indoor pool, and lots of yard and trails to walk around. Checkin and property management is top notch. We have been coming here every year since Covid times, and they seem to be adding small improvements every time. It's always super clean. I love that it's pet friendly. I enjoyed morning coffee with my dogs on the deck overlooking the mountain. Having the brewery next door is nice. The indoor pool is always a favorite....

"3 Collage buddies in our 60's visited Harper's Ferry for an "active" get-together (hiking as it turned out). WE spent 2 nights mid-week and the house was great. Way more than we needed, but would be great for longer stays too. The house is completely as described - beautifully renovated while maintaining the look and feel of a 19th century home. Nice amenities and comfortable accomodations. Pretty close to the old, lower town which made it super-convenient.Jay communicated in a very timely...

"We had a great stay at the Rusty Rose! It was decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed. We especially loved walking across the street in the morning for coffee and donuts at the little bakery in town. Would definitely stay here again!"
