"Die Lage und Aussicht sind einmalig. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man sich für den Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig; die Terasse und der Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen sind wunderschön. Wir haben die köstlichen Erdbeeren frisch vom Garten sehr genossen. Beim einchecken war die Verwalterin sehr hilfreich und wir haben sogar für zweimal Abendessen Pasta geschenkt bekommen. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub."

"This is a WOW property upon arrival in a great area. Andrea, the property manager was incredibly responsive before our arrive and during. You arrive to open a large garage (had mid size SUV that easily fit) and inside is the private elevator to take you to 3 floor. Floor 0 - very clean garage. Floor 1 - Beautiful bedroom and bathroom with washer (no drier but great drying rack) and a door leading to a covered sitting area overlooking the lake. "Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“)."

"We had the most incredible week with our family of 7 adults at Francesco’s Villa La Ruga directly on Lake Como. We enjoyed so many things about the house including morning coffee on the patio, evening bocce tournaments, a wonderful dinner cooked by Chef Umberto, a wonderful boat tour of Lake Como with Francesco, and much more. Francesco is an incredible host. He even provided some groceries to start our week along with pastries on the first morning. Wonderful!"

When we first arrived I emailed the person at the management company and copied the two gentleman that the info in the unit said I should contact a couple questions and was ghosted.
