This property showcases modern architecture and carefully selected furnishings that create an exceptional desert experience. The living room, kitchen, and outdoor area are seamlessly connected, and designed for enjoying quality time with friends or family. Unwind on the spacious sectional while watching your favorite sporting events or shows on the 65-inch Smart TV, all while staying cozy next to the fireplace. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals, and the wet bar is ideal for entertaining during happy hour. Conveniently located next to the kitchen, the dining table offers seating for six.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a 65-inch smart TV, a dual nightstand, and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bath includes dual sink vanities, extensive countertop space, a walk-in shower, and a soaking jet bath. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space for your belongings during your stay. The second and third bedrooms also have king-size beds, dual nightstands, ceiling fans, and 50-inch smart TVs that enjoy ample sunlight. The guest bedroom shares a hallway bath, which is equipped with a shower-tub combo and a dual-sink vanity.

RULES

The minimum age for this property is 25. There is no smoking, and there are no parties. Pool Heat is not included. For the Cancellation Policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement. This home is not pet friendly.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
