The kitchen had no towels for cleaning, there was no iron, very few extra towels and washcloths. The floors are definitely an issue. "Property is very nice. Quiet cul de sac location close to shopping and restaurants. Made a 1 month deal with desert island golf course just up the road and that worked great. Good kitchen and bathroom. I was a single but would work great for a couple. I didn’t know about the communal pool. - so a bonus."
