Outdoors, the yard features a large pool with tanning deck, spa, waterslide and plenty of poolside lounge chairs. The lazy river has three speeds of current, and rafts to float on. The island spa holds 18 people comfortably. The outdoor living area has hanging chairs, ping pong, TV and dining table for 12. Built in BBQ and outdoor bar with seating for 8 at the pass through window to the kitchen. The grounds have the perfect mix of shade and sun, with plenty of space to spend time with your group, or step away for some alone time. Bocce ball court, and firepit lounge. Beautiful San Jacinto & Santa Rosa mountain views add to the magic of this very special property.

The main house has a free flowing floorplan and walls of glass that look out to the poolside paradise. The chef's kitchen has high end appliances, gas range, large center island and seating for 4 at the bar. The home is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The great room has comfortable seating, TV and gas fireplace. The dining room has seating for 10. Home gym and office with desk, elliptical, wood floors, and mirrors. The upstairs game room has a comfy lounge sofa, foosball and drum set.

The main house has four of the Guest Bedrooms, each with an en suit bathroom. The Master Suite has a King bed, living area with fireplace, sitting room and TV, and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, shower and walk-in closet.

Suite 2 has a King bed, private doors to the lazy river, walk-in closet and en suite bath with shower. Suite 3 has a King bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with shower. Suite 4 is huge, and has 2 built in bunk beds, doors to the yard, and en suite bath with a giant shower.

The 5th bedroom is located in the Guest House. It has a Queen bedroom with walk- in closet, a separate full living room with sofa, TV and kitchenette, and a private bathroom with shower.
