"Just to note the concierge was a bit of a dud. I had no idea where our room was, how to get to it or where to park. Usually you're given a map of the property or a least directions. Also we had many stairs and had an injured guest I should have asked about stairs before. The room was great although noisy with the train very early in the am. The rest was great and we had a nice stay."

"Just a great place to stay. Terrific private space above the rental shop. Clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Interactions with the host were easy and friendly. "My family had a wonderful stay and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to unload and take in our luggage and food and then park in the gated garage (LOVE THIS with little kids). Beds were comfortable and everything clean. For us, we did like the fact that we could hear the kids in their room so we could check in and make sure they got some sleep, although others may not want that. FALTA DE LIMPEZA E MÁ VONTADE
"Ficamos 07 dias no quarto, e todos os dias solicitamos a limpeza do mesmo, porem, não foi feita a limpeza em nenhum dos dias. Apesar dos avisos diários na recepção antes de sairmos para o trabalho , via que eles anotavam a solicitação mas por alguma razão nunca fizeram . Sempre dando a mesma desculpa: que houve esquecimento por parte das camareiras, e que no dia seguinte seria feita a limpeza... Fiz mais de uma reclamação com educação e sempre estavam com cara de poucos amigos. Por incrível que pareça, um dia mandaram mudar para um quarto limpo ao invés de fazerem a limpeza no nosso quarto. Lamentavel nao recomendo!!."
