"happy with the stay ,is always very good, what i'm not happy is that expedia charge me a deposit to reserve and when i got to the hotel they charged me full amount including the deposit i pay expedia, i didn't like that , the hotel didn't have any record that expedia took the deposit, not doing any more reservations thru expedia unless the reimburse my deposit "

"Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again "

"This was a great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful.We were treated as guests and not just customers.The room was clean and comfortable. With real blankets and comforter on the bed instead of the thin white blankets found in chain hotels.There was comfortable pillows that were normal sized instead the usual half sized ones found in most hotels. "My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights of our honeymoon and it was clean, organized, and felt very homey. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room, but that didn't bother us. The room was very spacious and felt vintage. We will definitely be coming back in the future."
