"The decor in the place is really nice & the hosts do not skimp out on supplies such as toilet paper & hand soap. The kitchen appliances were high end & it was very well stocked. They had a ton of board games & Netflix available for guests. There are plenty of water toys (kayaks, canoe, paddle boards) to make use of. The assorted life jackets came in handy for us as well.There were a few downsides though:* the water was not drinkable (since it is well water) and it had quite a putrid smell to it....

"Check in was easy once our code was sent, Inside everything was very basic clean, functional. Toys in yard and Netflix was great for grandkids.Only down side was the out side was unkept. We a good stay."

"I hadn’t received the code by email beforehand. Cleaning wasn’t finished, and the previous guests' towels and sheets were in the washer-dryer. The kitchen cupboards were nearly empty; there wasn’t even a can opener. We had to buy one. There was a superb Napoleon BBQ, but several wasp nests in the yard, which really needed a major cleanup. The beds were okay. The appliances worked well."

"The property was reasonably priced and in a great location right next to Horseshoe and close-ish (about 45 minutes) to Collingwood. The house is spacious and easily fit 7 people. The master bathroom in particular was very nice.Unfortunately, we experienced several "new rental" growing pains. The exterior photos were misleading, showing a BBQ that wasn't there (though it was not explicitly listed as an amenity), which disrupted some dinner plans.
