Kitchen: dining for 8 persons, Bar Island for 4 persons, fully equipped kitchen, first Aid kit & fire extinguisher and have all necessary kitchenware.

2nd floor:
Bedroom 1 (master) : 1 King size bed, smart TV, baby crib, baby high chair, workspace.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen size bed, smart TV, workspace.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds.
Full bathroom.

Basement:
Living Room: Day bed (converts to King size bed), 1 couch (Couch bed), kitchenette (without gas stove), dining for 6 people, PS4 with 2 controller and games (discs), foosball table, full bathroom, first Aid kit & fire extinguisher, laundry.
Bedroom: 1 bedroom (King size), workspace, smart TV.

Smart heater-cooling controller is installed in the main hallway.
- Floor vacuum and broom are in the main hallway closet. The iron set is on the 2nd floor corridor closet. Mop set is in the basement
corridor closet.
- Indoor garbage bins are in the kitchen areas. Extra bin behind the chess table is designated for cans and bottles.
- Outdoor garbage collection bins are on the right side of the garage.
- Hygiene supplies are in the bathroom cabinet/shelf.
- Pull-out Couche & Day Bed – bedding & throw blankets are in the bed drawers.
- Extra towel/bedding in the corridor closets.

Outdoor backyard: a fully fenced private space, main deck with BBQ and table for 4 people, mature trees, fire pit with five chairs, large deck seating area with a table and seating for up to 10 guests (please follow the VERY IMPORTANT rule mentioned bellow and during quit hours, please enjoy the indoor living room and dining area instead), outdoor portable spa (SPA works above +8⁰C & available until end of October - it accommodates up to 6 guests), 2 Beach Chaise Lounge with umbrella cover, extra table for 4 people with umbrella cover, in-ground swimming Pool (not in service at the time as it is under maintenance for this season - For your safety, please keep a safe distance from the pool area).

Private driveway for 4 cars.

No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home (including e-cigarettes). There is fine for smoking inside due to cleaning and deodorizing property.

Registered guests only. The reservation must accurately match the total number of guests staying at the property.

Late checkout and early check in is subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

Winter Snow Responsibility: During winter months, guests are responsible for clearing snow from the driveway, walkway, and entrances during their stay to maintain safe access to the property. Snow shovels and melting salt are provided and placed at the front of basement entrance door.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday through Friday, and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you need to be outside after 9:00 PM on weekdays or after 11:00 PM on weekends, please keep your voices down and noise to an absolute minimum, as sound carries more easily at night and may disturb our neighbors. Noise disturbances may result in fines.
